I. Introduction.
TEDx is an independent event similar to TED – a program representing knowledge and an endless source of inspiration for young people on their journey of learning, exploring the world around them, fostering dialogue, and connecting communities.
In addition, almost all TEDx speakers are exceptional figures in their respective fields or individuals who have a profound influence on culture and society.

II. Significance.
"Start small" means breaking down big goals into small, manageable tasks, creating motivation to keep going without giving up, and making every goal easier and more achievable.
The spirit of "start small" aligns closely with Gloton.
Gloton began as an event decoration company with many years of experience. Recognizing the significant amount of waste generated after each event and its impact on the environment, Gloton began researching cardboard as an eco-friendly material for event decorations in 2022. The initial goal was to make it easier to recycle and reduce waste.
Starting with small projects and modest applications, after two years of dedicated work, Gloton now exclusively uses cardboard as the main material in event decorations, optimizing waste reduction, ease of recycling, and environmental protection.
The backdrop is made from cardboard.For large-scale events, the decoration is divided into many sections. Gloton has calculated and optimized the amount of cardboard needed for each area.
The goal is to be efficient, avoid waste, ensure safety, and maintain aesthetic appeal—these are always the guiding principles for Gloton's technical and construction team.
With the theme "Big Things Start Small," the program brought together an impressive lineup of speakers, including:

who inspired the audience with stories of how their paths to success all started with small actions.
III. Conclusion.
Like a "mantra" to start any new habit by making small changes, "start small" sparks change and gradual accumulation to become a big breakthrough, while also preventing procrastination and fear when facing new challenges.
