Nowadays, internal events have become occasions for businesses to showcase their unique values, distinctive culture, and deep understanding of people.
In particular, Pride Month is a meaningful time for brands to demonstrate their respect and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) - a vital component of the social pillar in the journey toward sustainable development and ESG thinking.
I. Introduction
Recently, Gloton had the opportunity to return and decorate the Pride Month 2025 event at Avery Dennison's factory.

II. When Design Touches Emotions and True Values
This year's Pride Month project was inspired by the message "Living Your True Colors." The backdrop was designed with six vibrant color bands, each representing a life value:
- Life (Red) – Intense vitality
- Healing (Orange) – Healing and hope
- Sunlight (Yellow) – Warm light of faith
- Growth (Green) – Continuous growth
- Serenity (Blue) – Peace and tranquility
- Spirit (Purple) – Strong and resilient spirit
For Gloton, design is not just about aesthetics but also about touching emotions. Every line and color tone was harmoniously combined, utilizing light and cardboard materials to create a space that is both beautiful and conveys a message.

III. From Design to Construction
At Gloton, each event project begins with listening to and understanding the client's ideas. From there, the design team conducts thorough research to build detailed drawings, ensuring all elements of color, layout, and materials align with the event's message and space.
Gloton always value professionalism in every stage; therefore, the construction process is carried out meticulously, with harmonious coordination between departments, from handling environmentally friendly cardboard materials to assembling 3D details, ensuring the final product is both beautiful and meaningful.

IV. Constructing a Special Space from Sustainable Cardboard Materials
Cardboard is not only an environmentally friendly material but also a source of creative inspiration. With advantages such as being lightweight, flexible, and easy to construct, cardboard allows Gloton to breathe life into each design, turning bold ideas into vivid realities.
Gloton always strives to ensure each cardboard product is not only beautiful but also embodies the spirit of sustainable and responsible event decoration – something Gloton always cherishes and maintains in every project.

V. Tailored Design Thinking – Each Event is a Unique Story
Gloton always aims for uniqueness in each design, never repeating. Every event is a new story, told through a design language that fits each theme.
Looking back at the Pride Month 2024 backdrop with the concept “Freedom Together” and Pride Month 2025 with “Living Your True Colors,” the differences are evident:
Pride Month 2024 focused on combining various details from simple to complex, such as the six-colored rainbow or the U-shaped arch, while Pride Month 2025 exploded with vibrant rainbow color bands, a dynamic 3D "mailbox" detail, both aesthetically pleasing and enhancing interactivity.
Two designs with the same theme but delivering different emotions and messages, showcasing Gloton's continuous efforts and dedication to tailoring each concept.

VI. More Than Just a Space – Gloton Creates a Connecting Experience
Gloton believes that a beautiful space can attract attention, but a meaningful space truly touches the heart and remains in memory. Each piece of cardboard erected is not just a physical structure but a building block for memorable experiences.
Not only constructing frames or decorations, Gloton aims to create connections between people and organizations, between brands and personnel, between ideas and actions.
Let Gloton turn your event into an inspiring statement!
"Seeing how much waste events create, Gloton started exploring the use of cardboard for decorations in 2022. Our goal is to cut carbon emissions by using recycled, eco-friendly materials.Every project tells a story of our creativity, our dedication to protecting the planet, and our drive to keep innovating."
