The “Xứ Sở Vùng Mắc Cỡ” project by Nơ Xanh was initiated to break down invisible barriers surrounding sensitive topics like reproductive health and safe sex, creating an open and friendly space for teenagers.

This is not only an opportunity for Gloton to contribute to a project with profound humanistic values but also to provide sustainable, mobile event decoration solutions, especially minimizing the massive waste typically generated after traditional events.
II. Project Overview
1. Consultation
From the initial meetings with Nơ Xanh, Gloton's team attentively listened and deeply understood the goals and plans of the “Xứ Sở Vùng Mắc Cỡ” project.
Gloton then provided detailed consultations on the potential applications of cardboard, offering solutions to optimize event space, ensure sustainability, reduce costs, and facilitate easy setup in flexible event contexts.
2. Design
- Backdrop
Gloton developed a unique foldable mechanism based on smart joints and sliding grooves. The backdrop consists of two large cardboard panels connected by a vertical hinge.
When set up, the backdrop is secured by inserting the hinge into the groove and locking it with four pins.
This design allows the backdrop to be easily disassembled and folded for reuse at subsequent event locations, reducing storage space by 50% and installation time by 90% compared to traditional products of similar size.

- PhotoBooth
The photobooth cluster is entirely crafted from sustainable cardboard, without using metal frames or heavy auxiliary materials. Gloton employed creative cutting and reinforcement techniques to create a framework from cardboard collected from previous events, minimizing environmental waste.
- Standee
The unique standees of “Xứ Sở Vùng Mắc Cỡ” entirely made from cardboard by Gloton, serve as visual ambassadors conveying the project's message.
Without the need for metal bases or traditional PVC frames, Gloton's standees are designed with a self-standing structure from the cardboard material itself, ensuring aesthetics and consistency in sustainable materials.

3. Professional Production Logistics
Gloton's production process is optimized to ensure quality and progress, including:
Using cutting machines for precise cardboard details, facilitating smooth assembly.
Printing with decals to ensure vibrant and durable colors on the cardboard surface.
Each product undergoes a strict quality control process before delivery to ensure durability, aesthetics, and assembly capability.
4. Optimized Transportation
Thanks to the lightweight and foldable nature of cardboard materials, Gloton's event decoration items are transported efficiently.
All decoration items for three schools can be transported using just one 500kg van, reducing transportation costs compared to using bulky materials like wood or metal.
5. On-site Construction and Installation
Gloton's technical team carried out the installation and dismantling of decoration items at three different schools quickly, professionally, and efficiently, demonstrating the convenience of cardboard solutions.
Installation Time: With smart modular design and lightweight materials, the entire backdrop, photobooth, and standee system for one school takes only about 1 hour to install, reducing time compared to constructing complex traditional event structures.
Minimal Technician: Only two experienced Gloton technicians are needed to complete the installation at each location, optimizing labor costs and avoiding disruption to the school's activities.
Safety and Cleanliness: The installation process is conducted neatly, without generating dust or loud noise, ensuring a safe and clean environment for the school space.
Easy Dismantling and Reuse: After each event, dismantling is equally quick, taking about 30 minutes. The products are then folded, carefully packed, and transported back to the warehouse for preparation for the next use at other schools in the event series, completely minimizing on-site waste.
