I. Introduction.
“Classical music is for everyone, and so is tree planting. Anyone can plant a tree.” This is the message behind the name "Gieo" as part of the "Forest Harmony" project—a charity concert program combined with environmental protection, which took place at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music on April 21, 2024.

This was the second time this meaningful program was held, and also the second time Gloton was honored to participate, continuing to be responsible for the decoration of the entire event.
With a profound purpose: bringing the timeless beauty of classical music into charity projects that contribute to the restoration and conservation of forests threatened by encroachment.
As well as creating opportunities for ethnic minority children to access environmental books, textbooks, and children's comics.
“Forest Harmony” is truly a project that blends music with heartfelt compassion.

II. Project overview.
With Gloton's mission: “Providing a diverse ecosystem of aesthetically pleasing, eco-friendly products and services with practical applications in event decoration,” we completely used cardboard—a perfect combination of creativity and environmental protection—to adorn the “Forest Harmony” program, in alignment with our mission.
Let’s take a look back at the entire process of implementing this project using cardboard—a sustainable material.
1: Consultation and project assessment.
For any humanitarian or large-scale project, the Gloton team always begins with consultation and assessment to propose the most suitable and cost-effective solutions for clients, while also gathering all requirements and expectations from stakeholders.

2: Design.
Once the requirements and objectives were determined, Gloton's design team created a summary or detailed graphic visualizations to facilitate the execution and help clients better visualize the outcome.

3: Production logistics.
Gloton's team prepared materials, closely monitored resources and processes to ensure the project ran efficiently and in accordance with the planned schedule, while staying true to the humanitarian essence of the program.
Using rigid cardboard allowed Gloton to address all these challenges, as it is an environmentally friendly, lightweight, customizable, and highly durable material.

4: On-Site installation.
The installation process was efficient since all materials were lightweight, flat-packed, and easy to transport and assemble. The process was quiet, odor-free, and completely safe.

5: Event execution.
The journey of bringing "Forest Harmony" to life and its impactful statistics:
- 382 attendees participated in the event, with all tickets sold out.
- 20 honeycomb cardboard sheets (20mm thick) and 12 honeycomb cardboard sheets (10mm thick) (size: 2m x 1.2m) covered with artwork were used.
- 32 hours of meetings with 12 collaborating partners.
- 28 hours dedicated to design demos and adjustments.
- 6 personnel for direct execution.
- 12 hours for complete setup.
All materials were recycled or reused after the event.

6: Audience satisfaction.
The second edition of the "Forest Harmony" charity concert and environmental initiative concluded successfully, leaving a profound emotional impact on the audience.
Whether attendees joined out of love for music or nature, their presence contributed to lasting community values.

III. Conclusion.
With the desire to "sow" positive, kind, and community-driven values, Gloton hopes to play a small role in preserving and protecting the environment.
"Forest Harmony" is a meaningful and necessary project in today's context. By encouraging people to plant trees and protect forests, the project not only helps preserve the environment but also fosters a greener, more sustainable community.
"Seeing how much waste events create, Gloton started exploring the use of cardboard for decorations in 2022. Our goal is to cut carbon emissions by using recycled, eco-friendly materials.Every project tells a story of our creativity, our dedication to protecting the planet, and our drive to keep innovating."
