FAQS
1. I have a project and would love to collaborate with you. How do you usually work?
Just send us your project brief or idea with as many details as possible. From there, Gloton will provide consultation, a quote, and a full design solution – including structure, visuals, and materials tailored to your needs.
2. How long does it take to complete a project?
Each project at Gloton is customized, so timelines may vary.
On average, it takes 3–5 working days after the design is approved to complete production.
For larger or more complex projects, the process may take a few weeks or months.
If you’re on a tight deadline, feel free to check out our ready-made designs available on our online store!
3. Are your products durable? Are they water-resistant?
Our cardboard products are designed for indoor use and can last for years if kept in good conditions.
We can also apply a protective decal layer to improve moisture resistance upon request.
However, please note that cardboard is sensitive to sunlight, humidity, rain, and wind – so it’s not ideal for prolonged outdoor use.
4. Do you offer custom design services? What’s the minimum order for a new design?
Yes, we do offer custom designs!
We accept custom projects when the budget and production volume are sufficient.
New product development usually requires an initial investment for structural design and prototyping.
Just tell us what you need, and we’ll guide you through everything clearly.
5. What kind of cardboard do you use?
We use honeycomb cardboard in various thicknesses and densities, depending on the project’s functional and structural needs.
All our materials are FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council), ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable.
6. Do you have a cardboard recycling process?

Gloton has a four-step carton recycling process:

Step 1 (Collect): Gather carton sheets after events or production.

Step 2 (Clean): Manually remove glue, decals, staples, tape, etc., in preparation for renewing.

Step 3 (Renew): The cartons are sorted and used for various purposes: as customer souvenirs, Structural frames, toys for children in orphanages, or model prototypes.

Step 4 (Send Scraps To Junk Buyes ): Small, damaged, or substandard cartons from Step 3 are sent to Junk Buyes.

Gloton strives not to waste even the tiniest scraps.
